Overview

"Who's Next?" is an easy-to-use content management system designed to record student visits in counseling and advising centers. With a few mouse clicks, counselors and advisors can:

1) record every student they advise
2) measure how much time they spent with a student
3) track and archive every advisement service provided to the student

History

"Who's Next?" was first released in early 2002. Within the first month, the software was purchased by San Antonio College (SAC). The software worked so well for the college that several months later, the software was deployed to all eight departments within the college system, and later at two additional campuses. In San Antonio alone, there are over one-hundred concurrent users who have been using the software daily for the past eight years. Today, our software is installed at universities, colleges and high schools across the nation, and we are continually adding new product features and uses to make "Who's Next?" even better.

Why the name "Who's Next?"

Before rolling out our software, we visited different campuses to analyze work flow. At the time, student's entered their name on a clipboard in the lobby, then sat down to wait for a counselor. When a counselor was ready to see a student, the counselor would walk to the front desk, pick up the clipboard and say "who's next?" With "Who's Next?" installed at your campus, all work duties are managed electronically. Counselors and staff automatically know which student is next to be seen, who they want to speak with, and their reason for visiting the department.
