Who's Next? - Screenshots

Student Switchboard Our Student Switchboard window shows you every student that is in your In-Box and every student waiting in your department's lobby. From your computer you can see the student's full name, their Student ID number, the date & time the student signed in, how they prefer to speak with, and their reason for visiting your department.

Counselor Switchboard Every counselor or advisor that logs into Who's Next? is automatically shown in the Counselor Switchboard window. This window shows the user's full name, the department he/she are logged into, and their current availability: Green folders indicate the user is ready to see a student. Red folders indicate the user is unavailable. Tan folders indicate the user is with a student. Purple folders indicate the user is a receptionist. This window is very useful because it shows you exactly who is logged in and who is currently unavailable.

Saving Visit Services When saving a student visit, counselors and advisors get to check every server they gave the student. This list of services is fully customizable by your department.

Visit Notes When saving a student's visit, counselors and advisors can also add notes pertaining to the student's visit. Private Notes: these notes can only be access by yourself and no one else. Public Notes: these notes can be viewed by others how have access to your department.

Unavailable Reasons When a counselor does not want to see students, he can set himself unavailable by clicking on the Unavailable drop-down button on the toolbar. This list allows him to select any unavailable reason. Once an item is selected, the user's folder will be changed to red, indicating he is unavailable.

Instant Messenger Our software has a built-in instant messaging component that allows you to chat with other counselors and advisors in your department. Instead of picking up the telephone or leaving your office to ask someone a question, you can use our instant messenger to chat with others in your area instantly and efficiently.

Appointments Calendar Who's Next? has a built-in appointment calendar that allows counselors and advisors to schedule their own appointments. This visually exciting component mimics a lot of features found in Microsoft Outlook®.

Student Search Tool Our new Student Search Tool easily allows you to search for a student in the database. You can enter any part of the student's name or id or you can browse last names by click on the appropriate letter button.
